Russian/Soviet SVT40 Self-Loading Rifle German Capture ( Pre-EU/UK Deactivation )

For sale to customers outside the European Union Only. This SVT40 ( Samozariadnyia Vintovka Tokareva ) is a German capture indicated by the proof mark ( Waffenampt ) above the 1941 date. A large number of Soviet weapons where captured by the Wehrmacht during the first year of the German invasion of Soviet Union. The majority of captured weapons where issued to Eastern European volunteers serving in the Wehrmacht and the Waffen-SS. This sped up their basic training as they where already trained on these weapons. This example is completely welded up and does not cock or dry fire. However the trigger still moves and the magazine can be removed. The factory marking is still faintly visible of an arrow within a triangle, which identifies the manufacturer as Izhevsk factory. For Non EU sales Only. However can be re-deactivated to the current EU specification. Please email before making purchase.
