U.S. M1 Bayonet

A very nice example of M1 bayonet for use with the M1 Garand rifle. This example is actually M1942 bayonet which has been cut-down, which is identifiable by the fullers running down to the point of the bayonet. The ricasso is U.S. marked with the ordnance acceptance stamp of flaming bomb. The bayonet is maker marked 'PAL" and dated 1942. It comes with its M7 scabbard which is also U.S. stamped.
