U.S. M1911A1 Pistol. ( Pre-EU/UK Deactivation )

For sale to customers outside the European Union Only. This is M1911A1 has a Remington Rand slide and an Ithaca frame which the serial number dates the pistol's to 1944. The frame is stamped with the inspector acceptance stamp "FJA" which stands for Frank Jarvis Atwood. Who was actually the officer in charge for inspection and acceptance at the Rochester Ordnance depot. He was a serving army officer with the rank of Colonel. This example has some very minor damage to the spur above the safety. ( It has partially snapped off ). However it does not effect the gun in any way and can easily be replaced .For Non EU Sales. However can be re-deactivated to the current EU specification. Please email before making purchase.
