U.S. M1938 Mackinaw Coat

The M1938 mackinaw is based on a WW1 pattern over coat. This example is missing it's waist belt. The coat retains its contract label which gives the pattern date 2nd February 1938 and the actual manufacturing date 24th March 1941. The maker's name is also on the label 'Sigmund Eisner Co and size stamped 38. The coat has some minor moth nips on the blanket material lining, otherwise it is in very good condition.
