German Inert M1924 Stick Grenade

A good example of a M1924 stick grenade, which retains its stencilling which reads"Vor Gebrauch Sprengkapsel Einsetzen" ( Before use insert detentor ). The head and handle are both dated 1940 and have the makers two letter code in the form of the two letter R's facing opposite each other, which is the code for Richard Rinker GmbH. The handle also retains its porcelain igniter ball which is still connected to the inert fuze. The base cap also retains its spring. U.K. Sales Only.
