This is an extremely rare application form of persons and existing service personal to apply to join the elite Gross Deutschland Regiment The form is double sided open leaf. One side is for direct entrants to Join the GD regiment, another side is for existing service personal to transfer into GD and then their is also a side for NCO's to apply for an officers cadre.
