Hitler Youth Marine Buckle

This is an extremely rare Hitler Youth Marine buckle, which is made of brass. The leather tab is dated 1939 the buckle is RZM marked with the the letter A and the number 17 which identifies the manufacturer as F.W. Assman & Sohn. The leather is also marked with the Kriegsmarine eagle.
