German M38 Gas Mask & Canister
This is an all rubber M38 gas mask which is maker marked 'bmw" for Aluminium Werke Nurnberg GmbHN and dated 1943. It comes with an FE42 filter which is dated 1942. The canister comes with 1943 dated straps which have the makers code "ebd" for AG Gummiwaren. The canister also retains spare lenses still in their original issue packet.
