German MG42/34 Assault Drum Magazines & Rack

Two MG42/34 fifty round assault drum magazines with their carriyng rack. The drum magazines where originally paint ordnance tan and have been overpainted in steel grey. One of the magazines is marked with the three letter makers code "ddf" for Lohmann-Werke AG. The other drum magazine has no makers mark and may be a Yugoslavian post-war made copy. The rack is in very good condition and has also been period over painted with traces of the original ordnance tan visible. It is also maker marked with the manufacturers two letter code "wa" for Hugo Schneider AG and dated 1943.
