LuftwaffeK98 Ammunition Pouches

A set of K98 ammunition pouches which are both dated 1938 and maker marked. One of the the pouches is stamped with a Luftwaffe acceptance stamp "LBA" ( Luftwaffe Bekeidungs Apmt ) on the inside of the cell lid. The other pouch is not LBA stamped. However it is stamped "B38" For Berlin 1938 on the inside of the cell lid. It has also had its cell dividers removed. This was common practice amongst combat experience veterans who removed the cell dividers for quicker and easier access to their five round clips of 7.92mm ammunition.
