This is a M1907 Roth-Steyr pistol, which holds the distinction of being the first self-loading pistol to be adopted for general service for military use by a major power. It was officially taken into service in 1908 by the Austo-Hungarian cavalry. Later it was issued to the Flying Corps and unofficially become known as the Flieger-Pistole ( Flyers Pistol ). This example is dated 1911 it has suffered with pitting especially around the barrel and right side of the frame. For Non EU Sales Only. However can be re-deactivated to the current EU specification.
