U.S.ERDL Tropical Hat

This is a ERDL ( Engineer, Research, Development, Laboratory ) tropical hat, which is in excellent condition. It retains its cleaning instruction and contract labels. The contract label gives the makers name, ECT Corporation, the size 6.7/8 and the date of manufacturer 1969.
