U.S. Medics Pouch & Shoulder Strap

This is a medics pouch which would have been filled with various first aid supplies. Two pouches could be worn on special medics suspenders or a single pouch slung over the shoulder with a auxiliary shoulder strap, which is the case with this example. The pouch has two canvas strips with grommets on each side which could be laced together to make the pouch smaller.
