RAF MKIV Binoculars & Storage Case.

A nice example of MKIV binoculars designed for use with spotting and reconnaissance by night fighter and costal command aircrew for spotting U-Boats and other targets. This example retains its rubber eye cup for assisting in night vision. The rubber eye cup is in excellent condition and still supple. The majority of existing examples tend to have the eye cup missing or its dried and cracked through age. The MKIV binoculars have a power magnification x5 for low-light performance. This example also comes in its storage case which is also in excellent condition complete with its straps.
