MKII Paratrooper Helmet This is a very good example of a MKII paratrooper helmet, which was adopted in February 1944. This example is actually a post-war verison dated 1955 and has the makers initials "CCL" and size marked 7.1/4 ( continental 59 ). The post-war verisons are identical in everyway to the WW2 dated examples including the manufacturers. The only difference is the date of manufacture.

MKII Divisional Marked Helmet This is a nice example of a MKII divisional marked helmet belonging to the 21st Army Group. The helmet has the makers initials "RO.CO.F" and is dated 1943. The liner is size marked 56 and is missing its rubber crown pad.

RAF Type C Flying Helmet, Oxygen Mask & Goggles This is a Royal Airforce type C, leather flying helmet which is complete with all its wiring. The helmet is approximately a size 7.1/8 ( continental equivalent 59 ) and is in excellant condition. It comes with its oxygen mask and flight goggles. The strap on the goggles has torn. The flying helmet and oxygen mask both have the original owners name "D.CRESSWELL, 01-903-2461"

Commando Officers Beret This is a standard issue green beret which was worn by Royal Marines and army commandos. This example is in fact a post-war produced item and dated 1955. The embroided cap badge was only worn by brigadiers and colonels. The beret is size stamped 6.1/4 ( Continental equivalent 58 ) and was manufactured by Supak Manufacturing Co.LTD.

Royal Airforce Side Cap This is a very nice example of an RAF other ranks side cap which has the King's Crown RAF cap badge. The cap is dated 1942 and was produced by "A & J. GELFER, GLASGOW". The cap is size stamped 6.3/4. ( Continental equivalent 55 ).

U.S. Kavlar Helmet & Desert Camouflage Cover This is the current issue U.S. Kavlar helmet which is commonly known as the the "Fritz", due to its resemblance to the WW2 German helmet. The crown of the helmet is marked "M-9" 88/89. The helmet comes with a desert camouflag cover.

M1 Helmet & U.S. Marine Corps Helmet Cover ( Part 1 ) I am showing this listing over two parts listed as Part1 and Part 2. Part 1 deals with the actual helmet, while part 2 deals with the helmet cover. The helmet is a front seamed, swivel bale with a ruff paint finish. The webbing chinstrap has frayed in a number of places but is intact. The liner is complete with its webbing straps, adjustable neck band and leather chinstrap and sweatband. However the leather sweatband has started to loose is leather, revealing the webbing underneath. The liner's crown is stamped with symmetrical letters "CAPAC" in a cross, which identifies the manufacturer as the CAPAC Manufacturing Company.

M1 Helmet & U.S. Marine Corps Helmet Cover ( Part 2 ) This is the second part of the listing for item number 54906. This is a first pattern U.S. Marine Corps helmet cover, which has the Marine corps emblem stencilled on the front in the form of a globe and anchor. The rear of the helmet cover has the original owners name stencilled " BRITT". The cover is in a extremely used condition with a number of holes. However this does not spoil the overal look when worn on the helmet.

M1 Helmet ( Fixed Baled ) This is a good example of an early produced M1 helmet with front seamed and fixed bale. The helmet shell has stress fractures which was common on the early produced M1 helmets. The paint is smooth finish. The webbing chinstrap is been secured with studs rather than stitched. The liner is complete with all its webbing straps, adjustable neck band which is stamped "C.S.C . W11-009-QM.16326. LARGE". It also has its leather sweatband and chinstrap. The crown of the liner is stamped with the letter "W", on a oval inclosed within a circle, which identifies the manufacturer as The Westinghouse Electric Company.

M1 Helmet ( fixed Baled ) This is a front seamed fixed bale M1 helmet, which has been repainted, with traces of white paint underneath. The helmet is missing its webbing chinstrap. However i have added a U.S. made liner which is Belgium military marked. The liner is complete with its webbing straps, sweatband, adjustable neck band land leather chinstrap.
