German Army NCO's M40. Tunic. ( Infantry )

A M40 tunic which has the rank chevron of a Gefreiter. ( Lance-Corporal ). The shoulder boards have the branch of service colour white for Infantry. The tunic has a worn look but has not suffered with any moth damage. All of the insignia has been re-applied but are correct and for the period. It retains its award loops
indicating the original owner was awarded either the Infantry or General assault badge and the wound badge. It has a Iron Cross 2nd class ribbon. The inside of the tunic retains nice clear size markings and date. H40. The letter H is for the town and 40 is the year of manufacture 1940.
