This is a 37 Pattern Battle Dress, which appears to have been tailor around the shoulders. It is in very good condition retaining most of its brass buttons, however it is missing one button. The contract label is missing, but the outline of the label is clearly visible. This example is size stamped 7, and has the War Department ( WD ) year acceptance letter code "O" for 1942.  read more
