A set of pre-war brown leather Cavalry Y-straps dating from Reichswehr era ( Pre-1933 ) and are also the style used by the Kreigsmarine and later the Fallschirmjager. The leather has rather dried and is somewhat brittle.  read more

German A-Frame Pouch

This pouch was used in conjunction with the A-frame assault pack and would have contained various personal items, such as spare socks, underpants, esbit stove, butter dish, wash kit etc. It also has a separate compartment on the inside of the flap for the rifle cleaning kit. This example appears to have had a minor repair to securing strap. Otherwise it is in excellent condition.  read more

This is a good example of a M1943 field jacket, which was part of the M1943 uniform which consisted of a jacket, separate hood and trousers. This is a extremely nice example of a army airforce class A service tunic, retaining all of its insignia. The lower right sleeve patch is for Air Engineering. The also has a 3 year service stripe. The tunic also retains its contract label, which gives the makers name "D.R.Clothing Co.Inc", pattern date 7th February 1940, with a production date of 1st April 1941. The tunic is size stamped 38. This class A service tunic retaining most of its original insignia except for the metal collar discs. The right sleeve patch is of the Army Service force and the left patch is of the Panama Canal Department which was formed to guard the Panama canal from 1917 to 1947.
