French Officers Greatcoat

This is a private purchase example of French officers greatcoat, which has the unit collar patches of the 150th Infantry Regiment. The coat retains the tailers label which reads " CIVIL MILITAIRE, P.VAUCLAIR, PARIS ". The rank bars on the cuffs are that of a Lieutenant. German Army Officers Greatcoat

This is a private purchase example of a army officers greatcoat made from high quality wool. The coat has part of the tailers label remaining and the rank of Hauptman ( Captain ) with the branch of service piping for cavalry. The coat has a full silver silk lining with the pocket slash to allow for the Officer's dagger or sword to be worn.However the sleeves do seem rather short.  read more
